1.1 Cleaning

Before treatment, the skin should be free of residues.

Wash your hands and the affected area of skin—such as a mole, wart, or skin tag—thoroughly with water and mild soap to remove sweat and dirt.

Then gently dry the area with a clean towel without rubbing.

2. Roughening

Thoroughly roughen the entire surface of the mole/liver spot with the included skin file . This step is crucial for the Creamole cream to penetrate and work effectively .

The easiest way to do this is to hold the area between two fingers.

🔸 Please note:

  • Roughen only the affected area , not the surrounding skin.
  • If bleeding occurs when roughening or scratching, wait until the bleeding has completely stopped before applying the cream.

3.1 Open and stir the cream

Open the Creamole jar and stir the cream well with the enclosed applicator before use .

⚠️ Do not use cotton swabs as they can leave fibers in the cream.

If the cream has dried out over time, the original consistency can easily be restored :

Add one or two drops of water using the applicator and stir until the cream regains its typical milky texture .

3.2 Apply cream

Use the included applicator to apply a thin layer of Creamole cream directly to the surface of the mole/liver spot, ensuring the area is completely and evenly covered .

⚠️ Be careful not to let the cream come into contact with the surrounding skin . If any spills occur, gently wipe it away with a cotton swab and rinse the area immediately with water.

Close the cream jar carefully afterwards to preserve the quality of the cream.

3.3 Allow the cream to work

Now let the Creamole cream work for about 20 minutes .

During this time, you may experience a moderate to severe burning sensation , which usually lasts for 5-10 minutes – this is a normal effect and shows that the cream is working.

The treated area may gradually become darker in color —often brown or black . A change in contour is also a typical sign that the drying process is beginning.

⚠️ Didn't feel any burning?
If you don't notice any reaction, the cream probably has n't penetrated deeply enough . In this case:
Wipe off the cream, roughen the area more thoroughly and repeat the application.

4. Crust formation

A dark crust usually forms within 24 to 48 hours after application – a natural part of the healing process.

⚠️ Please do not remove prematurely! The scab should fall off on its own to avoid scarring.

It is best to protect the crust when showering, exercising or rubbing – for example, with a plaster.

For care, we recommend using a natural aloe vera gel from the first day after application.

It helps soothe the skin, reduce redness and support the healing process – best applied daily .

6. Aftercare

After the scab has fallen off on its own, the sensitive skin underneath begins to regenerate. Gentle aftercare is particularly important to optimally support the healing process.

🌤️ Avoid excessive sun exposure on the freshly treated area – especially during the first few days.

💧 For skincare, we recommend a high-quality vitamin E oil , which provides the skin with valuable nutrients and supports healing. Apply daily to reduce redness, keep the skin supple, and promote regeneration.
